In January 2025, the Kentucky Student Voice Team (KSVT), a 501(c)3 non-profit led by KY students, filed a lawsuit against the Commonwealth of Kentucky, alleging that their constitutional right to an adequate education is not being met. On October 14, 2025, at 7:00 PM, hear from members of the KSVT about how this decision was made and what this means for Kentuckians.
