The Kentucky Women’s Network Political Action Committee (KWNPAC) was established in 2022 by The Kentucky Women’s Network (KWN) to endorse Democratic candidates for the Constitutional and State House and Senate races across Kentucky in an effort to move progressive policies forward. We have awarded $48,550 since 2022.
KWNPAC is strictly supported by the contributions of members of The Kentucky Women’s Network, Inc. and other generous individuals throughout Kentucky. KWNPAC also hosts major fundraising events on a biannual basis with keynote speakers.
In general election cycles, the members of the KWNPAC Board of Directors review a report of funds available for candidate support, questionnaires submitted by candidates, and recommendations from the Chairs of the Branches of the Kentucky Women’s Network, before conducting interviews with candidates.
