The Kentucky Women’s Network Political Action Committee (KWNPAC) is an all-volunteer organization that makes endorsements and subsequent financial contributions to Democratic candidates running for the Kentucky General Assembly and statewide constitutional offices.
KWNPAC is strictly supported by the contributions of members of The Kentucky Women’s Network, Inc. and other generous individuals throughout Kentucky. KWNPAC also hosts major fundraising events on a biannual basis with keynote speakers.
In general election cycles, the KWNPAC Board of Directors reviews a report of funds available for candidate support, questionnaires submitted by candidates, and recommendations from Chairs of the Branches of the Kentucky Women’s Network, Inc. before conducting interviews with candidates.
Since 2006, KWNPAC has given $244,300 to Democratic candidates for the Kentucky General Assembly and statewide constitutional offices.
